Babylon Hair Do specializes in all types of hair products, we do our best to offer customers high quality and competitive price hair extensions. In order to better serve customers, accept customers to return or exchange products.  

 Information on the modification of the return: — Without any quality problems

We accept the return of the products. Customers have the right to receive a return entered 14 days after receipt of the product.

An article will be restored, you will ask for a main contact by sending an email to info@bablonhairdo.com.

Return of the inserted item is required 14 days from receipt.

I will keep the item in the original condition, the items that have been damaged or damaged are no longer returnable.     

1 Return for exchange: You will pay the shipping fee and the price difference if any.   

2 Return for refund: Photos maybe required.

Q: DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY EXCHANGE?

Yes, you are responsible for most exchange shipping costs . We recommend that you send your set back with a tracking option, because Supernova Hair will not be responsible for lost packages. Note: please indicate “RETURN, NO DUTIES” on the package, otherwise the package may be returned to you.

Q: I made a mistake when placing an incorrect order / I don’t like my hair, can I return it?  

 Yes, you can, but you must contact us by email before receiving the package. Since you have placed an incorrect order / do not like it, it is a return for personal reasons.

Therefore, we will eliminate $20 of your refund as a loss of shipping and handling, please understand.

Q: DO you give return labels?   We do not give return labels. If need to return, contact us by email before you do so.

We will send you the return steps.


Q: Can I get a full refund?   If the return is due to our problems (such as incorrect products, product quality problem), after confirmation, we will provide you with a full refund, but you must contact us via email about the defective items within 2 days of getting your item.

If it is not reported, we will not issue credit. So if you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the package.

Q: If I refuse to accept the package, can I get a full refund?   We do not accept the refusal to return without any reason.

If you refuse to sign the package leading to the return, you must pay for the return shipping and the shipping cost.

Therefore, we suggest to customers if they have problems (how to place an incorrect order / want to cancel / wish to exchange, do not hesitate to contact us within 24 hours by e-mail before shipping, so that we can help you solve it in time.

Q: How long can I get a refund after returning the package?  

Once we have received and inspected the return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item.

The refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within a specified number of days.


Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?  

The return shipping costs will be charged to the customer if the return is due to the buyer’s problem.

Q: What method should I use to return?  

We do not have a return label, you can try using the USPS return for this.
